A Texas native, Wende Parks attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Although she left for a few years to pursue an ongoing career, her love of Austin brought her back. Licensed since 2003, Wende joined the Moreland team after spending several years as head of marketing and sales for several Austin condominium projects. Her knowledge of the condo development process, from start to finish, makes her a valuable resource for anyone looking at purchasing or selling a condo in the Central Austin and Downtown area. Wende feels that the purchase and sale of a home is one of the biggest decisions in an individual’s life. She makes it her personal goal to ensure that she finds just what her clients are looking for in a new home, and she facilitates in the marketing and selling of an existing home with the highest level of ease and professionalism. Providing her clients with the tools and knowledge to fully understand the Austin market, Wende understands that sometimes it’s not just what you know, it’s who you know. Her experience and networking are key assets for all of her clients. When Wende isn’t spending time on real estate, she enjoys being outdoors on the hike and bike trail with her dogs, Lalo and Lola. An avid runner, Wende has completed the Disney World, Austin, New York City and Boston Marathons, and she has completed an Iron Man in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
