She received many accolades in the the Emergency Services field, including the Governor’s Lifesaving Award. During this time, she gained experience in handling high stress events, problem solving and in providing emotional support—all skills that are important in the real estate industry. Growing up with a father in who worked in construction and the remodeling business, Ms. Baker developed a love and appreciation early on in her life.
