Having an enhanced expertise in purchase/sell transactions, leasing and property management making her uniquely qualified to help a variety of clients and investors. Nicole’s professional accomplishments include, Residential Brokerage small business owner, Certified Residential Specialist(CRS®), Texas Residential Leasing Specialist(TRLS®), Texas Residential Property Manager(TRPM®) and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's license, a license held by less than 1% of Realtors because of the education, training and experience required. She is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, Austin Board of Realtors, Council of Residential Specialists, Texas Board of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors. In her spare time Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two dog’s, Clutch and Cam. Nicole is a true outdoor enthusiast spending her summers on the lake soaking up the sun, wake-surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding. During the cooler months, she is an avid motocross and mountain biker.
