Raised in Miami, Florida, I have been in Austin for the past 20 years. In that time, I have learned the nuances of the Austin real estate market and have also gained an understanding of all aspects of the construction process. In part, I gained my construction knowledge when my wife and I moved to East Austin, where we rehabbed a 1920's bungalow. We did 90% of the work ourselves. It was a "down to the studs" rehab that resulted in moved walls, new electric, new plumbing, new everything; yet, we kept the original charm of the home. I help my clients build wealth through real estate by being their real estate consultant. Beyond the sale, I am interested in building a professional business relationship with my clients. I help my clients achieve their goals for themselves and their families.
