Giving back is important to her, which is why she volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Speakers Committee and stays actively involved in her community. Outside of real estate, Natalie co-hosts the Sugar, Spice & Spirits podcast, where she and her co-hosts talk business, real estate, and real life; no fluff. A fun fact: Natalie spent 15 years in real estate investing education, helped grow a company nationwide, and has extensive experience in multifamily syndication. She is a passive owner in over 900 apartment units, owns a self-serve car wash, and runs a North Houston investor meetup with more than 100 members.
