Meet Mylin Anandula, a dedicated Corpus Christi resident since 1999 and the founder and Team Lead of Mylin Realty Group with LPT Realty. Before beginning her real estate career, Mylin spent nearly 20 years helping others as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Today, she brings that same compassion, integrity, and commitment to every client she serves. A consistent multi-million-dollar producer, Mylin specializes in residential, luxury, waterfront, coastal, and investment properties throughout Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend, including Flour Bluff, North Padre Island, Port Aransas, Rockport, and surrounding South Texas communities. Her extensive knowledge of the local market, strong negotiation skills, and personalized approach allow her to confidently guide clients through buying, selling, investing, renting, or building their forever homes. Mylin earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. Her real estate accomplishments include being named Coldwell Banker Corpus Christi Rookie of the Year in 2019, a Corpus Christi Real Producers Rising Star in 2021, and receiving the CCAR Spirit Award in 2025. Mylin leads Mylin Realty Group alongside Jacob Sierra, Sonya Ruelas, and Iris Pina. Together, they are committed to providing honest communication, professional guidance, local expertise, and exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and investors. Deeply committed to giving back, Mylin serves as Board President of Habitat for Humanity Corpus Christi and is actively involved with Leadership Corpus Christi and other local organizations.
