Michelle Braet's career in the real estate industry began shortly after purchasing her first home in 2003. She has not only been a Homeowner and a REALTOR® but also an Investor/Landlord and a Mortgage Consultant. Because of this diverse background within the industry, Michelle understands all facets of the transaction and can work closely with all parties involved to make sure the numbers are negotiated in a way that is of the utmost value to your personal and financial goals. As a full-time REALTOR®, Michelle will be there to guide you just as much in the middle and end of the transaction as she is in the beginning. In fact, she wants to be the person you come to with your real estate needs for years to come. Michelle's clients appreciate the consultative approach she takes when setting up their home sale or purchase and that she caters each situation to her clients' unique set of circumstances. When she is not working, Michelle enjoys venturing out of the country on SCUBA diving excursions. While in town, volunteering, mountain biking and spending time with family and friends are some of the things that help her maintain a life of balance.
