About Matthew
A real estate advisor with a military background, Matthew Grupp is your one stop resource for all things real estate – including land, farm & ranch, residential, and commercial. Specializing in land, farm, ranch, site selection, investments, and residential services, Matthew is an experienced professional who strives to exceed his clients expectations, and doesn't take the trust that his clients place in him lightly. He is known by his clients as an excellent communicator and a "wrangler of chaos" whose transparency, diligence, honesty, and expertise has made the buying and selling experience easy to navigate. Prior to getting into Real Estate, Matthew was a Regional Operations Manager for a Fortune 500 company where he aided in two concentric mergers. He also served our country as a member of the U.S. Navy. He holds a BBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Texas, and sits on the Advisory Board at Healing with Horses Ranch, a non-profit organization which offers evidence-based programs to address challenges experienced by at-risk individuals, veterans, and people with disabilities through the power of horses --- which is his way of giving back to the community. Matthew's strengths lie in accurate valuations and helping his clients net the highest possible return on their investment, and helping his residential clients get the broadest possible exposure and highest price possible on the sale of their home. Matthew has a true passion for what he does and approaches each transaction as though it were his own investment -- always working to protect his clients interests and seeking the best ways to help them reach their goals. Based in Lampasas, Texas, Matthew serves the Greater Central Texas area. To schedule a consultation, contact him today.
