Reliable, Dedicated, and Trustworthy Serving Real-Estate Since 1992 Maryam Gharbi has over 30 years of experience in Greater Austin residential and commercial real estate including sales and leases with an extensive background in investment property, new construction, property management, and asset management. She is an Austin REALTOR® representing property owners, buyers, and tenants in Austin and the surrounding areas. She has a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas and MBA from the University of Phoenix. In 1990, Maryam Gharbi began her career as an asset manager. She opened her own construction-consulting firm M.G. Contractors in the same year. As an Asset Manager, she managed commercial and residential investment properties including small apartment complexes, commercial office buildings, business complexes, and single-family residential to commercial lots. She was responsible for renovations, remodels, and turning clients' investment properties into positive cash flow. She was a partner and manager for three Century 21 franchise offices. In 2014, she decided to join Texas Primer Realty, a local firm with over 500 agents servicing Central Texas to expand her real-estate business outside of the greater Austin area. Maryam is very active in her local community by volunteering at her daughter's local school, mentoring others, and staying up to date on community events. In addition, She has served as Austin Board of Realtor Director and Texas Association of Realtor Director, Advisory Committee with the City of Austin. She is a member of MBE/WBE and the Austin Chamber of Commerce.
