I am a licensed Realtor in N.TX. As a former CBS anchor/reporter, research and P.R are a skill set I employ to get my clients the exposure and results they need to buy or sell their home. As a journalist, my job was to investigate, inform and communicate because when you have the facts, an informed decision comes naturally. After the news, I worked as the PIO for Dallas County and in Marketing and Advertising. After having worked with property investors, I knew that real estate was what I wanted to do; I was hooked. I am now one of the newly invited on-cam Realtor for HGTV’s House Hunters DFW. I use this toolbox to take the burden off my clients. The fact is that the ability to sell a home rests largely on how agile an agent is in the new tech world of marketing, video production and messaging. Anyone can write a home description and post it.
