Family business has brought her knowledge of the title industry and hi-tech. The two actually come together with her dynamic team at Spyglass Realty – 512HomeTeam, giving her clients as many advantages as possible to assist them with their real estate needs! She values listening to client’s wants and needs, finding properties to fit their desires or helping them to prepare to sell their current home, marketing properties and professionally negotiating on behalf of her client’s best interests. Margie and her husband Toby Thurman are past co-owners of Gracy Title Company where Toby was President. They sold in 2000. Toby moved into the mortgage world and is now owner of Thurman Mortgage (thurmanmortgage.com) through LendFriend Home Mortgages. They thoroughly enjoy when they can collaborate together to help their clients with their real estate goals. Margie enjoys spending time loving on family, growing in her faith, entertaining, decorating, going to movies and out to eat, meeting new people and assisting family and friends either find the perfect new home or helping them list and sell their current homes. Also as a native Austinite, she loves sharing local knowledge with new people who are moving here! Margie and her husband love visiting their daughter Lauren, son-in-law Dan and precious grandbaby Luke in picturesque Italy, also visiting their youngest daughter Megan, son-in-law Caleb and their two great pyrenees grand-puppies on who live on a beautiful 15-acre farm in Arkansas and watching their amazing son Justin grow his career in the mortgage business here in Austin!!
