Liz LeGros brings a special quality to real estate. A term used in her Cajun heritage helps to define that quality - “lagniappe” - which means a little more. Building a relationship of trust, finding the right home for the right family and helping her clients to fulfill the American dream of home ownership is Liz’s mission. A Houstonian for over 35 years, Liz moved to Houston with her family when her husband was transferred. Always the professional, Liz prides herself in thinking outside of the box. Combining honesty, integrity, persistence and determination ensures that her clients’ needs and best interests are always at the forefront during the transaction. An outgoing personality and warm engaging smile puts her clients at ease immediately. With a thirst for knowledge Liz continues to take classes to keep pace with the ever-changing world of real estate. Liz holds the professional designation of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and continues to take classes/training to stay up to date on changes in the industry. This acquired knowledge is then shared with clients because, Liz believes an informed client is an educated client. Organized, detail-oriented and diligent from start to finish, Liz is committed to her clients. Her knowledge of the market area continues to grow while working with clients, including the areas of Memorial, Cypress, Magnolia, Sugar Land, Katy, Fulshear and West Houston. Liz enjoys gardening, traveling and reading and values the time spent with her family.
