With over 40 years of real estate experience in sales, development and investment, my experience is vast. After finishing a BBA in Accounting Texas A&M (College Station) in 1981, I received a Broker License in 1981 and earned my CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in 1985, I have worked all sides and areas of real estate. Commercial, residential, real estate development, homebuilding, rentals, real estate investments, flipping opportunities and more has given me a well rounded career in real estate allowing me to offer a unique experience for all your real estate needs. As an independant Broker without those Big Brokerage fees, I can pass savings to my clients all while offering the same excellent personal one-on-one service. I am not a high volume Realtor so that I can provide only my best.
