Josh Yates is a native Texan, born and raised in Fort Worth, and a graduate of Baylor University. He started in home building when he moved to Austin in 2005 as a Sales Consultant. In 2006, he became a licensed Texas Realtor, and in 2012, a licensed Broker. In 2012, Josh stepped into the building side of residential construction where he excelled as a builder and worked his way up to a management role with one of the nation's largest privately held home builders. With over 15 years of experience in real estate and residential construction in the Austin area, Josh provides a unique perspective as a builder and broker and he is committed to providing a high quality of service with integrity and care.
