About John

Long before becoming a real estate professional, John Varghese developed a mindset built around service, discipline, accountability, and finding solutions when circumstances are anything but simple. A proud United States Marine Corps Veteran, John served for four and a half years as a Finance Marine. His military service shaped the principles that continue to guide him today: integrity, attention to detail, responsibility, perseverance, and the commitment to accomplish the mission—even when the path forward isn't obvious. After his military service, John continued his career with the federal government while building experience as a real estate investor in Southern California. Working in both worlds gave him a unique perspective and taught him that real estate is about much more than buying and selling property. Behind every property is a person, family, investment, financial decision, or sometimes a difficult problem requiring a creative solution. As an investor, John became increasingly involved in situations that didn't fit neatly into the traditional real estate model—complicated properties, challenging circumstances, and transactions where conventional approaches weren't enough. Rather than walking away, he learned to look deeper, evaluate the options, and find a path forward. That experience became one of his greatest strengths as a real estate professional. Today, John brings together the perspective of a Marine, real estate investor, and real estate professional to help clients navigate challenges that go beyond a typical transaction. His approach is straightforward: listen first, understand the real problem, explore every legitimate option, and find a solution. Whether a property needs to be sold, purchased, repositioned, negotiated, or simply requires someone willing to think outside the box, John believes there is often a solution if you're willing to look for it. His goal isn't simply to close another transaction. It's to help people make informed decisions, overcome difficult real estate challenges, and move forward with confidence. Service built the foundation. Investing built the experience. Real estate became the way to put both to work helping others. For John, every complicated property situation is another opportunity to do what he's been trained to do throughout his life: Find the problem. Find the solution. Get the mission accomplished.
