I’m Jacob Blount, a proud North Texas native and REALTOR® with Premiere Real Estate, serving Cooke County and communities throughout North Texas. Born and raised in Gainesville and a Lake Kiowa resident for the past 12 years, I have a deep connection to the people and communities that make this area home. I’m excited to bring that local knowledge and commitment to helping others to my career in real estate. Before entering real estate, I spent more than 10 years in EMS as a paramedic and flight paramedic, where serving others, staying calm under pressure, communicating effectively, and putting people first were at the heart of everything I did. I now bring those same values to helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
