Hi, I’m Elizabeth Steiger Whitfill, a San Antonio REALTOR® and proud mom. Before getting into real estate, I started my own business, Not By Chance Pet Sitting. I truly love what I do and, most importantly, I love being a mom. Building my own business showed me how much I value having a career that allows me to be present for my family while also doing something I’m passionate about. I chose real estate for much of the same reason. Over the years, I’ve heard friends, families, and clients talk about the struggles they’ve experienced when buying or selling a home—feeling overwhelmed, not knowing what questions to ask, feeling pressured, or simply wishing they had someone who would really listen. I wanted to be that person. I believe buying or selling a home should be about more than a transaction. It’s a big decision that affects your family, your finances, and your next chapter.
