About Delia

Born and raised in California's Central Valley, I would say Real Estate began as a Broker/Developer's daughter. As daddy's little girl, I learned the trade; but more importantly, that integrity was the soil needed for good growth. My father encouraged me to take on the career that had been so good to him for so long. I did exactly that until years later, when I decided to move to Texas, during the height of California's Real Estate boom in 2005. The pace of the Texas Real Estate market and legalities were a drastic difference from my hometown; however, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was during this time that I came across what I can only explain as "my true calling" in life. I decided to open a non-profit day program for individuals with special needs. Unfortunately I had to put Real Estate on hold while starting this business. Although, I still consider it my heart and soul, in recent years I have entrusted someone else with managing the daily operations. This allows me to get back into what I feel I am good at.
