About DAnn

A graduate of The University of Texas, I began my career in real estate in 1999, working for a local homebuilder. Since obtaining my real estate license in 2005, I have gone on to earn my broker's license and have practiced real estate in Austin and the Washington DC Metro area. A new opportunity brought me to Dallas in 2011 and in May of 2015, I joined Rogers Healy and Associates. The company focus on "people" rather than the transaction is what drew me to RHA. What Makes Me Different? Having bartended my way through college, I learned early on that customer service is what makes or breaks an experience. In my real estate career, I have made a commitment to problem solving with a personal touch. A bit of a techie, you will rarely see me without my iPhone, iPad or lap top, so it is easy to reach me! Whether finding your first apartment or closing on your multi-million dollar mansion, my dedication to my clients is the same. I believe that education is also key to a real estate transaction - I want my clients to be armed with as much knowledge as possible, so that they can made the best decision for their future. Regardless of where I have lived, I believe in giving back to the community. Since living in Dallas, I have volunteered with Heroes for Children (Advisory Board Member), the Dallas Stars Foundation and Tango Tab. In addition, I have laced up my pink cleats to Tackle Alzheimer's disease with Team Blonde and currently serve on the Board of BvB Dallas. I donate a portion of my commission to various charities throughout the DFW area. A self-proclaimed sports junkie, when I'm not working, you can likely find me at the American Airlines Center or AT&T Stadium, catching a Dallas Stars or Dallas Cowboys game. I also enjoy starting my day with yoga, pilates, spin class or kickboxing. One of my favorite things to do is explore new neighborhood shops and restaurants in Dallas, particularly if I can find a nice patio, with good friends.
