About Cathy

Cathy got her Florida Real Estate License in 1987, and sold residential property along the Florida Gulf Coast for over 23 years. With Eglin Air Force Base just steps away from her office, Cathy specialized in Military relocations along with beach front resort property sales. She attained her Brokers License in 1988, and completed her last GRI course back in 2004. As a former teacher, Cathy has always believed in “educating” her customers rather than just “selling” them a property so that they can make the best decision that is right for them. Cathy got her Texas Real Estate License back in July of 2012, and is so excited to be a part of the Anders Pierce Team. She looks forward to many great years ahead serving the New Braunfels area.
