She later worked for a real estate law firm and handled real estate closings, giving her valuable experience with the title, contract, and closing side of a transaction. After moving to Mineral Wells in 1999, she returned to real estate in Texas in 2007 and went on to earn her Texas broker license. She also maintains her Florida real estate broker license. As a longtime Mineral Wells real estate professional, Carolyn understands the local market and the wide variety of properties found throughout Mineral Wells and Palo Pinto County. She works with first-time and experienced homebuyers, homeowners preparing to sell, older homeowners and downsizers, estate and inherited-property sellers, investors, and clients relocating to or from the area.
