After graduating from Texas Tech and the University of Texas, I spent 24 years in information technology and management in New York, San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin, including international divisions of Dell and IBM. After spending 20 years investing in residential, commercial, and income properties, I transferred all of those skills into assisting others as they buy and sell homes and investments properties. As a Certified Negotiation Expert®, I have the skills to work for the very best interests of my clients. Austin is filled with wonderful houses and neighborhoods, and I want to help you find YOUR perfect home. I listen to your property needs and wants and utilize the latest technologies to aid you in finding just the right home for you and your family. I am a Certified Agent Advantage Specialist, so I am able to assist relocation buyers through the CARTUS Broker Network. I am also familiar with special home loan opportunities for our Veterans. In my spare time, you will often find me with Marco the Explorer, my Australian Shepherd rescue dog, at our 1924 Craftsman Bungalow in the Hyde Park local historic district, where I am actively involved in the annual Hyde Park Homes Tour, the spring Egg Scramble, and fall Fire Station Festival. I also give back to my community through the woman's philanthropy Impact Austin, and proceeds from all of my home sales go towards building improvement grants, which preserve and revitalize the historic buildings and places in my hometown of Vernon, Texas.
