About Beverley

I started in Real Estate in 1996. I worked for Coldwell Banker for 14 years, starting as an agent, then mentor, trainer, assistant manager, and finally manager. I started my own brokerage in 2009. I had 5 agents and a property management division but later close my brokerage and it's just myself. I specialize in First Time Home buyers because I know they need information, education, and more time than an experienced buyer and I don't mind spending the time because I want client's for life not just a one time deal. I also specialize in homeowners in distress. I help them avoid foreclosure by loan modification or short selling. Short selling is by far better than foreclosure for many reasons.
