Let's Invest in your future! I believe it is very important to keep up with the ever-changing trends in the market. By doing so, I can provide the best guidance to my clients in their home buying or selling process. Watching Austin grow is how I first caught the real estate bug. I began working for a few new home builders in the Austin area. I then wanted to expand, to grow in my ability to help clients find homes throughout the city. This was an enormous learning experience for me. I gradually learned about different communities in the city, discovering which ones met different clientele's needs. My husband and I moved to Austin in 1984 while on a camping trip and fell in love with the area. Austin was a small college town at that time. We married in Zilker Gardens, purchased our first home, and have raised our children here. We now enjoy traveling and spending time with our 2 granddaughters. In our downtime, you will find us at the beach listening to the ocean. I also enjoy healthy cooking and spending time with my 2 dogs, a Maltese and a German Shepherd. Belinda
