Ann started her career in the contract and financing aspect of real estate and expanded her horizon when she later attained her real estate license. She eventually founded Apogee Properties that specializes in property management while attaining her B.S. in Economics at University of Houston. She credits her success to her experience and client focus mindset, along with her firm grasp on the financial and legal aspects of the real estate process. Ann eventually establishing Luminous Development Group that specialized in developing residential community and investment properties within the Houston city limits. Ann holds a B.S. in Economics and a MBA with specialization in real estate from University of Houston. Integrity, honesty, and professionalism in the real estate industry is what Ann Tran bring to every engagement. She knows that everybody’s goals are unique, and through her dexterity – she has helped hundreds of families find their forever home, or help them build a passive portfolio in real estate.
