In addition to helping people find and sell homes, he also provides services as a residential property manager and as an HOA manager, in Nashville, Smyrna, Brentwood, Hermitage, and the surrounding areas. Before joining the Apex team, Tim was an independent marketing consultant and helped generate millions of dollars in revenue for his clients. His marketing experience is a valuable asset for clients who are selling their properties, and allows him to write persuasive letters when HOA boards need homeowners to take action. Tim is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Nashville Realtors, the Community Association Institute, and the National Assocation of Property Managers. He is also received the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board.
