My name is Tanner Artrip, and I’m proud to call Southwest Virginia home. Born and raised in the region, I continue to reside here and deeply value the strong sense of community that makes this area so special. I attended East Tennessee State University, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Learning. My professional background in mental health has equipped me with essential skills such as collaboration, effective communication, empathy, and maintaining a calm demeanor, qualities that are invaluable when guiding clients through important life decisions. I am committed to providing thoughtful support, clear guidance, and a steady presence throughout every step of the buying or selling process. I understand that real estate is more than a transaction, it’s a major milestone, and I’m here to ensure my clients feel confident and informed along the way. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our four year old son. As a family, we love traveling to explore National Parks and taking advantage of the incredible hiking opportunities throughout Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee. Spending time outdoors is one of our greatest joys. I look forward to serving as a trusted resource and helping you achieve your real estate goals!
