About Sherry

I started in real estate 12 years ago in New Construction. I had my first real assignment to sell a vision rather than a finished product. "Pre-sale" is what the industry calls it. Relying heavily on technology, floorplans and trust. The builder & myself had to set the proper expectations for the community and timelines. A year into being a Agent, I was a Top Producing agent with Prudential Real Estate. I decided to dip into the rental market. This was a different field from New construction. Learning To be a Landlord, the Fair housing laws, & my financial realities is essential. Understanding the properties investment vs losses is a continuing battle. This comes with the good, bad & the ugly. Rental investing is a challenging market and needs a strong agent, tenant and management. Today, I'm working on renovation projects. My company is called Saddlewood Homes, LLC. There are so many factors into these projects from interviewing the right contractor, designing, expenses, location, & market value. Having the right team makes home reno a great experience in this type of career. Everyone has to stay true to the vision.
