About Shelley

Hi, I’m Shelley Jefsen, a Middle Tennessee REALTOR® with Onward Real Estate. Real estate is more than a profession for me—it’s something I’ve lived. After 12 moves over 22 years, including multiple out-of-state relocations, building two homes, and navigating numerous home purchases and sales with a large family, I understand firsthand that moving is about much more than a house. It’s about your family, your finances, your future, and finding the place that feels like home. I serve buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee, helping clients navigate everything from first-time home purchases and relocations to new construction, upsizing, downsizing, and selling a home they’ve loved for years. I believe my job is to make the process easier to understand, help you ask the right questions, and advocate for you from our first conversation through closing. My approach is personal, practical, and relationship-focused. I want my clients to feel informed and confident without ever feeling pressured. Whether you’re moving across town or across the country, I’ll meet you where you are and help you determine the next right step.
