Before making real estate her full-time focus, Sha spent years honing her project management and operations skills. Following earlier leadership roles in healthcare administration — including turning around a struggling department's margins while managing a team of 20+. That background shows up in how she runs her business today: organized, detail-driven, and always thinking several steps ahead for her clients. Sha holds a Master's degree in Business Law, Negotiations & Mediations from Bethel University and a Bachelor's in Biology from Cumberland University, giving her a sharp analytical edge at the negotiating table. She's also a Project Management Certified professional, which means her clients benefit from a process that's clear, organized, and stress-free from contract to close. Outside of real estate, Sha is deeply invested in her community — serving as Board President of the Le96ndary Foundation and as a member of the inaugural Board of Directors for the Wilson County Boys & Girls Club.
