Before real estate, Seth Hester spent nearly 20 years in the music industry at Sony’s Provident Music Group. He managed key accounts, trained retailers, and negotiated deals that generated results for artists and labels nationwide. It was demanding work that required strategy, trust, and follow-through — skills that continue to shape his career in real estate. In 2015, Seth earned his real estate license and started with Keller Williams, then moved on to Home & Country Realty in Spring Hill. Those early years built a foundation of client service and negotiation. Some time after moving from Spring Hill to Franklin, he joined Benchmark Realty, where he continued helping buyers and sellers across Middle Tennessee. Along the way, he also served as president of his homeowner association, where he gained first hand perspective on what homeowners need and how communities thrive.
