About Rosario

Before real estate, Rosario's career was in the Information Technology industry. After graduating from Columbia University with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics, she worked as a software engineer and later as a management consultant in her hometown of New York City, where she led teams on projects for Fortune-500 clients and ran her own consulting business. When she relocated to the Southeast more than twenty years ago, she joined her husband in his timberland investment and rural real estate businesses, designing and creating their websites and providing technical support. In 2025, she formally launched her career in residential real estate and became a Realtor® in Tennessee. Throughout the years, she has invested in, renovated, and sold condos — a high-rise in New York City, and two gut-renovations in Nashville. For one she coordinated with the contractor long-distance, providing her own detailed, design drawings. Her interest in understanding all aspects of home ownership led her to volunteer for the HOA Board where she currently owns and, always a stickler for detail, also earn her HOA Board Leader certification. Rosario became a fan of Music City when she first moved to the South, and in the intervening years Nashville has only gotten better, making the list as one of the fastest-growing cities of 2025. Besides its beautiful and unique skyline, it has neighborhoods to suit every lifestyle: from the bright lights, energy and high-rise condos of a big city to the quiet streets, lined with trees and family homes, reminiscent of a small town.
