About Rhonda
Rhonda is a native of Knoxville, a graduate of Halls High School and also of the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. Under the guidance of Mike Woods, a VA Appraiser, she gained a surmount of knowledge in pricing homes. She joined RE/MAX Preferred Properties in 1988 and has worked in residential sales, commercial leasing, and property development. Rhonda is involved in all aspects of real estate and absolutely loves it! Some of the achievements Rhonda has obtained during her career with RE/Max are: RE/Max Hall of Fame RE/Max Platinum Club RE/Max Lifetime Multi-million dollar producer in our local board of REALTORS since 1988. Marketed over 20 subdivisions in her 22 year career, including working hand in hand with several area builders. Developed her own condo community in 1995. Sold over 2,000 homes and over 500 new homes. Extensive expertise in development, new construction, re-sales, land sales, lake properties, commercial, and relocation. A Fully equipped office to deal with the high tech demands of today's buyers and sellers. She's very involved in her community and the elementary school she attended, Halls Elementary School.
