I’ve been around real estate my entire life. As a kid, we moved around a lot, and I watched my parents buy and sell a handful of houses, my siblings and I helping with the painting and whatever else to get them ready to sell. I spent my early teen years on a farm in Tennessee, running through fields taller than I was to milk cows before school. At 14, I convinced my parents to buy a house, remodel it, and put it on Airbnb. From there we decided to build a second Airbnb—this time from the ground up and in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Now, four years later, we're almost done with it. Real estate isn’t just my career. It’s how I think about the world. I may be a newer agent, but I’m not new to real estate. I understand construction, investment strategy, negotiation, and what it means to put your own money on the line. Whether you're buying land, purchasing your first investment property, or selling a home, I approach every deal with one goal: putting you in the strongest possible position. I’m a hungry agent, and I negotiate accordingly. My job isn’t to make the process comfortable for myself—it’s to fight for the best outcome for you. I’ve lived in Tennessee nearly my entire life and know the Tri-Cities and East Tennessee markets well, along with the Sevier County area—Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. I also speak fluent Spanish and French and spent 2 years living and working in South America, which allows me to work easily with international clients interested in Tennessee real estate.
