Nashville native Nina Lampley is passionate about helping people buy a lifestyle, not just a home. Her aptly named Real Estate team, Nashville Roots, is reflective of how she’s built her career by learning the business from the ground up, beginning with working alongside local builders. She attributes her successes, which include having sold over 450 homes and being recognized as being in the top 1% of agents in all of Middle Tennessee, to her dedication to educating her clients. “I never want to sell anyone a house,” she says. “I educate people so they make the best decision.” A relocation specialist, Nina is passionate about helping people fall in love with Nashville. Her favorite moment is when someone walks into a house and gets the gut feeling that it’s “the one.” She’s invested in doing whatever it takes to make that moment happen for each and every client. Nina is also involved in the Agent Leadership Council and serves as the Director of the Education Committee at Keller Williams Nashville.
