Since becoming an agent in 2017, Matt Bogosian has closed more than 200 transactions and over 125 million in sales across Williamson County and the greater Middle Tennessee area. He especially enjoys working with clients ready to move up to their forever home and is known for listening closely, thinking practically, and using creative problem-solving to help them find the right fit. Matt loves being part of such an exciting time in people’s lives. He’s patient, realistic, and puts in the work up front so his clients can get the most value from their sale or purchase. Originally from Massachusetts, Matt moved to Tennessee in 1996 to attend the University of Tennessee, where he met his wife, Beth, a Columbia, TN native. They now live in Middle Tennessee with their two sons Blake and Ethan their dog, Pepper, and two cats, Nacho and Timmy. Before real estate, Matt built a career around homes and service managing a Sherwin-Williams store, selling windows with Pella, and later moving into roofing sales. Along the way, he bought and managed rental properties, all of which sparked his passion for real estate and inform the practical guidance he gives to his clients today. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, riding his motorcycle, working out, and sharing tips and advice through his YouTube channel, where he’s posted 450+ videos on real estate and Middle Tennessee’s communities.
