About Margaret

I am born and raised in McMinn County, so my Real Estate experience is deeply rooted in this area. I have been working at Southern Homes for more than 12 years with my career starting in property management. I am now the Licensed Property Manager, so I am experienced with a great variety of property types and both buyers and sellers! I enjoy the excitement of first time homebuyers, families who are ready to upgrade and also sellers who need a change. I enjoy working with people and the unique journey each relationship holds! I grew up in Athens, attending elementary and high school in McMinn county and have now raised four children in Niota. My husband and I have four grandchildren who range in age from 2-9 years old and enjoy every minute we get to spend with them! My roots here are deep, my family has stayed in this area for decades and I am happy to keep my feet firmly planted in such a beautiful community!
