Mac Tobler has been a lifelong resident of the Knoxville, Tennessee area and a realtor since 1995. I work with all price range of homes and land. When growing up, I was taught to treat others like you want to be treated, be kind, genuine & honest! Everyone deserves great customer service. I offer the same services to all price range homes which includes photography with a Matterport camera (it makes Buyer's feel they are really in the house) on all my listings. Some of my traits that set me apart are my people skills, answering my phone from 7 AM to 9 PM, the level of customer service, commitment to excellence, and professionalism provided by both myself and Realty Executives Associates. I holds the designations of an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has earned the e-Pro Technology Certification. Some of the awards I received are : the 5-Star Award in 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, then the Hall of Fame in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014 by the Knox Area Association of Realtors. To earn this award, the following criteria are considered: Realtor participation, continuing education, community involvement, client service, Realtors political action committee participation and receiving the KAAR Association’s Award of Excellence for sales volume. My commitment to the community is very important to me. This is demonstrated by my commitment to have served on several committees at the Knoxville Association of Realtors; Cultural Diversity, Award of Excellence and the Education Committee. I was also awarded the Award of Excellence in 2002, 2004, 2006-2014. I am on several Social Service Boards in the Community. My education cosists ofa Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and I have been assisting people since 1980 and look forward to meeting you & assisting with your real estate needs.
