About Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa! I’m a West Coast transplant who escaped to Tennessee in late 2020 and, even with Spring allergies here, liked it enough to stay. I got my real estate license shortly after arriving and haven’t looked back. I come from a long background in customer service, including retail, food service, and property management, so I’m pretty comfortable helping people navigate complicated situations while keeping a level head and a sense of humor. And if you’ve ever bought or sold a house, you know both can come in handy! One of my favorite things is helping first-time buyers get out from under the burden of paying someone else’s mortgage and start building equity of their own. I also work with local and out-of-state buyers, sellers, and pretty much anyone who needs help navigating real estate. I primarily work between Nashville and Knoxville, both north and south of those areas. If I don’t serve your particular area, I have connections throughout Tennessee and beyond and can help connect you with someone who does. No sense in pretending I know every road in Tennessee—we’d be here all day. I’m especially proud to be with **Sunnyhill Realty**, which has a close relationship with **Sunnyhill Financial**. Having the real estate and lending sides working together helps keep communication flowing and can make the process more efficient for my clients.
