I came to Clarksville the way many people do — the Army brought me here. That was 2013, and I never left. This city became home, and real estate became my career. I first started in real estate in 2005, though my Tennessee roots started when I arrived in Clarksville. I got my real estate license in 2020 and have been working in real estate full-time since then. I have worked in many segments of the industry, flipping homes, managing long-term rentals, running short-term rentals, and representing buyers and sellers as an agent and in the process have been a part of hundreds of transactions. That breadth of experience is what sets me apart. I've been the buyer, the seller, the landlord, the flipper, and the agent. I understand what's at stake on every side of a transaction because I've personally been on every side of one. When I represent a seller, I bring that perspective to the table. I know what buyers are thinking. I know where deals fall apart. I've built a reputation over the years for solving the problems that derail transactions before they become derailed. Every deal hits obstacles — my job is to keep things moving toward the closing table no matter what gets in the way.
