About Lacy

Lacy is anything but ordinary! Having grown up on the island of Puerto Rico, she has a real zest for life and a unique skill-set that comes in handy during real estate transactions. She is also fluent in Spanish allowing her to broaden her marketing reach. Lacy enjoys traveling, dancing, creating art, and entertaining family and friends. She moved to Knoxville in 2008 and has fallen in love with the time-less charm the city offers. By using a combination of extensive marketing experience and good-old-fashioned hard work, Lacy is able to ensure clients have a positive experience worth talking about. Some of her strengths include social media marketing, advertising techniques, graphic design, strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and most importantly a gift of making her clients feel like they made the best possible choice by working with her. Lacy began her real estate career as Coldwell Banker Wallace assistant administrator in the Blount county division. She rapidly advanced to the position of head administrator and eventually transitioned to a licensed agent and co-founding member of PLATINUM CIRCLE real estate team alongside her husband Warren Pineda.
