Kim Isenberg has resided in Knoxville all of her life. She recognizes and understands the changing needs of her clients as well as the growth of her city. Ms. Isenberg works in all areas of Knoxville and in the surrounding counties. Having experience in all aspects of real estate, she has listed & sold new construction, commercial properties, land, farms and residential re-sale properties. Kim is a graduate of the University of Tennessee where she has received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees. Her extensive education affords her the ability to help in all parts of the real estate transaction. Since being licensed in 1997, Kim has become a well-trained negotiator. She has served in leadership roles within the Women's Council of Realtors® and serves on several committees within the board and her community.
