Hello I'm your Realtor Buddy Keith, I'm a Realtor based out of Camden TN. My wife and I have lived here for 5 years now and I have enjoyed living here in this community and working with folks in the area. I started my real estate carrier in Middle TN. I was originally based out of Murfreesboro and then transferred from there to Nashville. I've gained a lot of experience over the years primarily in Residential Sales, Land Sales and more recently Commercial sales. I've always enjoyed navigating through the different challenges of each transaction I am hired for. Every Property is Different and comes with its own unique Characteristics and quarks that in some case need to be worked through in order for it to be a successful sale. Having someone on your side that understands not only the process of working through the different stages of the transaction but also some of the finer details that may go unnoticed is crucial. The skills and knowledge I have gained and have utilized for my clients has either saved the deal from falling apart, saved money, or caused my client to walk away with more money at the closing table. I have now been in the Realtor seat for 10 years and have closed hundreds of transactions. I work hard for each of my clients and always have a good head on my shoulders and will go out of my way to help.
