About Jenni

My name is Jenni Martin. I’m a West Tennessee real estate agent with deep roots in the Mid-South. I was born and raised in North Mississippi and, after college, moved to the Memphis area where I now proudly call Collierville home. Before transitioning into real estate, I spent nearly a decade in human resources, building a career focused on guiding people through important decisions, navigating complex processes, and advocating for others. That experience naturally shaped my approach to real estate, where helping clients make one of life’s most meaningful investments requires both care and attention to detail. I take a people-first, detail-driven approach, with a strong emphasis on clear communication, organization, and genuinely understanding my clients’ needs. Whether I’m working with first-time buyers, growing families, or clients navigating a transition, my goal is to make the process smooth, informed, and as stress-free as possible from start to finish. One of the most rewarding parts of my real estate journey is working alongside my husband, Shane Martin, Principal Broker of the SmallTown West Tennessee office. Together, we’re passionate about helping clients do more than buy or sell property—we help them find a place to put down roots and build a life. My husband and I live in Collierville with our three sons, Deegan, Dane, and Daxon, and we’re proud to serve the community we call home.
