About Heather

Heather Duncan is a member of NAR and proud East Tennessee native with deep roots and lifelong ties to the Smoky Mountains. Her firsthand knowledge of the region, its communities, and its unique real estate opportunities gives her clients valuable insight when buying or selling a home. Heather brings an added perspective to the real estate process and understands the importance of making well-informed decisions based on the local market. She also has hands-on experience in several areas of real estate investment, including renovating and flipping homes, apartment ownership, short-term vacation rentals, as well as building on vacant land. This diverse experience allows her to understand real estate from both a homeowner's and an investor's perspective. Heather has raised three children in East Tennessee and understands that a home is more than a property--it is often the setting for the most important moments in a family's life. Whether helping clients find their first home, a place to raise a family, an investment property, or the perfect piece of East Tennessee land, she is committed to helping them make confident and informed decisions. Beyond real estate, Heather is the cofounder and president of the Victoria Watoto Fund, a nonprofit organization that established a Christian school serving impoverished children in Kenya. She also enjoys music and performs and records with the local band, Rich Mountain Celtic. Heather brings a unique combination of local knowledge, real-world real estate experience, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
