About Eli

Knoxville born and raised. I have been in real estate for 12 years and now split my time between the Nashville market and East Tennessee, with a focus on Knoxville, Nashville, and Johnson City. I personally represent investors and luxury clients. My team at Next Door Real Estate Group, which I own, works with every kind of client situation: first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, relocating families, and investors. I buy and sell property myself. I also flip, build, entitle land, and develop. I am not advising from the sidelines. That same standard is why I built a team of sharp, hungry agents instead of running a one-person practice. We work with a solutions-first mentality, transparent communication, and a commitment to staying ahead of the market instead of reacting to it. Clients get direct access and no runaround. I stay on the deal instead of disappearing after the contract is signed. Our edge comes from combining deep local market knowledge with proprietary systems and technology we’ve built to give clients a real advantage in speed, marketing, and negotiation. To date, we’ve closed over 1,300 transactions totaling more than $500 million in sales volume. The numbers only matter because they represent families and investors we’ve helped move forward with confidence. We’re continuing to grow, expanding both our residential operations and commercial capabilities, while staying grounded in the fundamentals that built this business: integrity, adaptability, and relentless execution. If you’re looking for a direct, strategic partner who treats your deal like it’s the only one on the board, let’s talk.
