About Connor
There's a good chance the person who sells you your next home shouldn't be someone who's spent their whole career in real estate - and that's exactly why clients connect with his story. He was born and raised in Seguin, Texas, and comes from a large Central Texas family. Home has always meant more to him than a piece of property. It's meant people. It's meant land you can put your hands in. That upbringing shaped a career that's taken a few unexpected turns, but every one of them led back to the same idea: people matter more than transactions. Before real estate, his path started in the United States Air Force, where he served on active duty in Civil Engineering - a role that instilled discipline, problem-solving under pressure, and an appreciation for how things are actually built, from infrastructure to communities. From there, he spent years at Harley-Davidson as a Business/Finance Manager and Sales Manager, which sharpened a different skill set: negotiation, financial strategy, and - most importantly - how to genuinely listen to what someone wants, not just what they're willing to spend. That last part is what eventually pushed him into real estate. The corporate sales world can wear on you. Quotas, upsells, and pressure to move product can quietly erode the reason most people get into sales in the first place - the relationships. Getting his real estate license was his chance to step out of that overly corporate environment and get back to what actually matters to him: sitting down with real people, understanding their real lives, and helping them make one of the biggest decisions they'll ever make. That's the philosophy he brings to every buyer and seller he works with in Tennessee's Upper Cumberland region. It has never been his goal to steer someone toward the most expensive listing on the sheet. His goal is to find the property that actually fits - the acreage that supports the homestead someone's dreamed about, the starter home that makes sense for a young family, the forever home with room to grow. Real estate, done right, isn't about the biggest commission check. It's about helping someone realize the future they're actually picturing for their life.
