Britany Boatwright is the Founder and Team Leader of MaX House, a top-ranked real estate team in Knoxville, Tennessee, brokered by LPT Realty, LLC. She's a proud Air Force wife, married to Master Sergeant Aaron Johnson of the United States Air Force, and a boy mom. Britany has served and explored the East Tennessee community since 2008. She came to Knoxville as a first-generation college student and earned her degree from the University of Tennessee. When she and Aaron decided where to plant roots and start a family, Knoxville won. It wasn't close. Just shy of 6 months after becoming a mom, Britany was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer - found by a kick from her sweet baby. She was just weeks away the grand opening of the MaX House team's headquarters. After a lot of prayer and support from her people, Britany decided to move ahead with her mission of impacting lives. In 2025, the team name was changed to honor the boy who saved his mom to MaX House for Malcom Xavier. That same year MaX House ranked the #3 RealTrends Verified real estate team in Tennessee. Britany and her team have now helped over 800 clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate across Knoxville, Nashville, and East Tennessee, one relationship at a time.
