Ashley Finney is a native of Ohio. She moved to Knoxville, Tennessee, in 2000 to pursue a degree in Communications at The University of Tennessee. During her college days, she supported her studies by working for First Tennessee Bank as she worked toward her true passion…a career in Real Estate. Ashley can take justifiable pride in her career of achievements and service to others. She is a Rotarian, a member of the Downtown Chapter of Rotary International. She has recently completed the by-invitation-only program Introduction Knoxville, which is sponsored by Leadership Knoxville. She is an active member of the National Women’s Council of Realtors and the Chamber of Commerce. She is the recipient of many professional awards including the Silver Award of Excellence, Gold Award of Excellence and Multi-Million Dollar Producer award for multiple years. She won the Diamond Award of Excellence for 2015 through 2023. Ms. Finney’s mantra is to give back to the community a portion of what it has given her. She recently volunteered her A-Team office staff and herself personally to work for a full day on the Smoky Mountain Strong project I Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Ashley and her staff also support the Mission of Hope activities each year in various ways, and in the recent past, she supported the Buddy’s Race Against Cancer Committee, Backpack Heroes, Second Harvest, and volunteered at Kids Hope of America. She enjoys a wide variety of hobbies such as Tennessee Walking horses, sports, spending time with family and friends, and meeting and working with people. In her earlier years, she showed and competed in Tennessee walking horse shows across the country where she won numerous awards. Ashley believes that in today’s real estate market, whether buying or selling property, there is simply no substitute for a good REALTOR. A good REALTOR can spell the difference between a successful transaction and an unsuccessful one. That, along with a positive attitude, will bring positive results.
