A lifelong resident of the Nashville area, Angela Neely has been a Realtor since 1996. She is highly respected by not only her clients, but also her colleagues for her excellent communication skills, work ethic, integrity, and professionalism. Angela was inspired to become a Realtor after her own experience when buying a home. She didn’t want anyone else to have to go through what she went through. She understands that for most people buying a home is usually the most important purchase they ever make. Angela is a Master Negotiator and through her many years of experience she has developed winning strategies to help her clients have a leg up on the competition, whether buying or selling. Most of her business comes by way of referrals and repeat customers due to the positive outcomes her clients experience. Angela Neely has continued her education well beyond the real estate agent level. In 2003, she obtained her TN Real Estate Broker’s License. Requirements to be eligible to take the TN Real Estate Broker’s Exam include multiple years of experience as a real estate agent, extensive education, and approval from the Tennessee Real Estate Commission after a careful review of your qualifications and history as a real estate agent. Angela also holds the GRI designation. GRI stands for Graduate, Realtors Institute and is considered the nation’s number one real estate designation. Completing a rigorous educational program including multiple exams is the only way to earn this designation. Only 1 in 8 Realtors in TN holds the GRI designation. She also holds the SRS, Seller Representative Specialist designation; the MRP, Military Relocation Professional designation; and the PSA, Pricing Strategy Advisor certification. Selling – Angela utilizes her many years of experience to educate her clients. When working with sellers, she advises them on how to best present their property. She explains the current market conditions and works with her clients to price their property in the “sweet spot” that will ensure they get top dollar. Then, Angela shares her unbeatable marketing strategies. Once offers start coming in, Angela has the knowledge to decipher the pros and cons of each offer which she shares with her clients to help them make an informed decision. She also takes care to verify a prospective buyer’s ability to purchase by contacting their bank or lending institution. Once your home is under contract, Angela stays on top of things to ensure deadlines are met, repairs (if needed) are negotiated, she coordinates inspections and closings. Angela understands that communication is vital and she works diligently to exceed her client’s expectations. Buying – Angela has several connections because of her many years in the business and she is often aware of properties that are coming up for sale even before they hit the market. Angela goes above and beyond when helping her clients find their dream home. She exhausts all avenues when searching for the home that best fits their needs. Angela works hard crafting her client’s offers so that they outshine the competition. Sellers are looking for specific things in that paperwork and Angela knows what those things are. Angela will guide you through the entire process when buying a home from the early stages through closing. Angela says it is very important to remind her clients that although buying a home is an exciting time, you must also look at it as an investment and be smart about which property you choose. She wants her clients to be happy with their purchase and she hopefully will get a call to sell these same properties in the future. She has helped the same families time and time again with multiple moves over the years. Personal – Angela resides in Sumner County with her husband and their two dogs. They share 2 grown children. If there is a car show in town, you will probably see Angela there. She loves cars of all types from classic muscle cars, vintage hot rods, racing cars, you name it. Angela enjoys cooking, traveling and all types of music. She is also loves coffee and regularly meets with her clients at local coffee shops. She considers herself blessed because she truly loves being a Realtor, and the best part is that she gets to help people while doing what she loves.
